Who should talk to their prescriber first
Balma is not a medication and does not replace yours. If you take any prescription, and especially an SSRI or other antidepressant (Balma Night contains L-tryptophan and melatonin), check with your prescriber before starting. Don't take Balma Day at the same time as your morning medication dose.
